Mulberry Wine
[Ingredients] 5000g mulberries, 3000g rice, appropriate amount of yeast.
[Preparation] Crush mulberries to extract juice, boil; cook rice until soft, drain, mix with mulberry juice, steam together; add appropriate amount of yeast, mix well, transfer to earthen jar; place jar in cotton or straw for fermentation.
