Scrophularia Stew with Pork Liver

[Ingredients] 15g scrophularia, 500g pork liver, appropriate amount of peanut oil, starch, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, green onions, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate.
[Preparation] Wash scrophularia slices, wrap in gauze, boil with pork liver for 1 hour, remove liver and slice.
