Pig Liver Stir-Fried with Carrot
[Ingredients] Pork liver 250g, carrot 100g.[Method] Wash and slice the pork liver, place in a bowl, add salt, wine, ginger, and cornstarch, mix well. Wash and slice the carrot. Heat oil in a wok over high flame, stir-fry carrots first, then add pork liver and stir-fry briefly before serving.
