Shanyuanzi and White Chrysanthemum Tea
[Ingredients] Shanyuanzi 30g, white chrysanthemum 10g.
[Method] Boil both ingredients together in a pot, reduce to 300ml.
[Usage] Divide into 6 portions, drink like tea, warm. Consume all within one day.
