Yin Qi Mingmu Decoction

[Ingredients] 20g Tremella, 10g Lycium berries, 100g chicken liver, 24 jasmine flowers, appropriate amounts of water starch, cooking wine, ginger juice, refined salt, monosodium glutamate. [Preparation] Wash chicken liver, slice thinly, place in bowl, add water starch, cooking wine, ginger juice, refined salt, mix well and set aside; rehydrate Tremella, wash and cut into small pieces, soak in clean water; pick jasmine flowers, remove stems, wash, place in dish. Place pot over medium heat, add clear broth, cooking wine, ginger juice, salt, monosodium glutamate, then add Tremella, chicken liver, Lycium berries, bring to boil, skim off foam, cook until chicken liver is done, transfer to bowl, sprinkle jasmine flowers on top.
[Usage] Consume twice daily with meals.
[Effects] Nourishes liver and kidneys, brightens eyes and enhances complexion. Suitable for blurred vision, eye fatigue, cataracts, and dull complexion.
[Comment] Chicken liver nourishes liver and kidneys, used for liver deficiency and dim eyesight; Tremella tonifies qi, nourishes brain, harmonizes blood and enriches vitality; Lycium berries nourish yin and supplement liver and kidneys. Combined, these three herbs effectively treat dizziness, blurred vision, and pale appearance caused by liver and kidney yin deficiency.<Mingmu>
