Secret to Whitening with Milk Rice
[Composition] 1 cup of cow's milk, 50 grams of glutinous rice, appropriate amount of ghee, appropriate amount of sugar. [Preparation and Usage] Cook rice into porridge as usual. Boil milk separately until boiling, then mix into the porridge. Add a small amount of ghee, stir well, add sugar, and consume.
