Moisturizing Formula Nine
210 grams lotus flowers, 240 grams lotus root, 270 grams lotus seeds. Dry in shade until half-dry, steam thoroughly in a sandpot, then sun-dry and grind into fine powder. Make pills the size of tallow seeds. Take 9 grams daily with warm water. This formula strengthens spleen and kidney, uplifts mood, improves complexion, and prolongs life.<Moisturizing>
