Lotus Leaf and Lotus Root Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts
Ingredients: Fresh lotus leaf 200g, soaked lotus seeds 50g, fresh lotus root 100g, mung bean sprouts 150g, refined salt as needed.
Preparation: Cut lotus root into thin strips. Boil soaked lotus seeds and lotus leaf together with water to make broth. Heat oil, stir-fry lotus root strips until 70% cooked, then add lotus seeds and mung bean sprouts. Pour in lotus-leaf and lotus-seed broth, adjust with refined salt. Serve immediately.
