Goji Leaf Porridge
[Ingredients] Fresh goji leaves 100 g, glutinous rice 100 g, sugar as needed.
[Preparation] Wash fresh goji leaves, add 300 g water, boil until reduced to 200 g, strain out leaves and collect juice. Add glutinous rice and sugar, then add 500 g water, cook into thin porridge.
[Usage] Consume warm twice daily. Long-term use required for effectiveness.
[Effect] Tonifies deficiency, nourishes essence, clears heat, improves vision. Used for weakness with fever, dizziness, red eyes, night blindness. Also used for diabetes, but avoid adding sugar.
