Leek Juice and Milk Drink
[Ingredients] 800 g leeks, 400 g milk, 200 g ginger juice.
[Preparation] Wash leeks, crush and squeeze juice through gauze. Boil milk, mix 100 g leek juice with 200 g ginger juice while hot.
[Usage] Take in small portions, slowly sipping warm.
[Effect] Warms middle burner, moves qi, activates blood, detoxifies. Used for gastric cancer, esophageal cancer.
[Comment] Leeks are pungent-warm, warming the center, moving qi, relieving pain, dispersing stasis, eliminating phlegm, detoxifying, and having anti-cancer properties while stimulating appetite. Milk is slightly cold, tonifies deficiency, moistens dryness, detoxifies. Ginger juice descends counterflow, harmonizes stomach, stops vomiting.
