Winter Melon Red Bean Soup
[Ingredients] 500 grams winter melon, 40 grams red beans.
[Method] Boil winter melon and red beans together with two bowls of water, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
[Usage] Do not add salt or use minimal salt. Take twice daily, eat melon and drink soup.
[Function] Promote urination, eliminate edema, clear heat toxicity. Suitable for acute nephritis with edema and oliguria.
[Comment] Winter melon has low sodium content, making it an ideal food for kidney disease patients with edema. Not suitable for those with spleen-kidney deficiency-cold in chronic nephritis.
