Bamboo Shoot Mushroom Meat Strips
[Ingredients] 300 grams bamboo shoots, 50 grams dried mushrooms, 200 grams lean pork, 2 eggs, scallions, ginger, oil, salt, starch, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, as needed.
[Preparation] Wash rehydrated mushrooms, cut into strips; let mushroom soaking liquid settle, filter clear liquid for later use. Cut bamboo shoots into strips. Slice pork, mix with crushed eggs. Fry meat strips, remove. Use remaining oil to sauté scallions and ginger briefly, add bamboo shoots, mushrooms, meat strips, salt, monosodium glutamate, stir-fry, add filtered mushroom liquid, simmer briefly, thicken with slurry, drizzle sesame oil before serving.
