Poor memory
(Including middle-aged and elderly people) One pigeon egg (or five quail eggs), cracked open, 10 pieces of lotus seed flesh crushed, mixed with about two spoonfuls of water, stirred well and steamed until cooked, consumed on an empty stomach in the morning, once daily for seven consecutive days; this is highly effective in improving intelligence and enhancing memory. Avoid alcohol, century eggs, broad beans, seaweed, and spicy foods. A course can be taken annually or every six months.
