Sunflower Leaf for Hypertension
Take one medium-sized sunflower leaf (not too old, not too young), wash thoroughly, tear into small pieces, and divide into two portions. Use half in the morning and half in the afternoon. Place the sunflower leaf in a cup, pour boiling water over it, and drink as tea. Adding a few bamboo leaves or a moderate amount of green tea is even better, as it helps clear heat and promote urination. Drink 7–9 cups daily, about 2000 ml, consistently for effective results. In summer, harvest some sunflower leaves, dry them, and store for use in winter and spring.<Hypertension>
