Cold-Mixed Purslane
[Ingredients] Fresh purslane 500 grams, cactus 60 grams, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil as needed.
[Preparation] Wash purslane, cut into sections; remove spines and peel from cactus, cut into strands. Blanch both ingredients in boiling water, then mix with sugar, vinegar, sesame oil as needed.
[Usage] Serve as a meal accompaniment.
[Action] Clears heat, detoxifies, reduces swelling, relieves pain. Suitable for all types of carbuncles, erysipelas, hemorrhoids, and mastitis patients.
[Commentary] Even using purslane alone in cold salad yields good results.
