Mixed Salad of Three Slices
[Ingredients] 100g tomato, 100g carrot, 100g cucumber, refined salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil.
[Preparation] Wash tomatoes, scald with boiling water to remove skin, slice; wash carrots and cucumbers, cut into diamond-shaped slices. Arrange the three vegetables on a plate, mix refined salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil in a small bowl, stir well, pour over the salad and serve immediately.
