Wheat and Rehmannia Porridge
[Ingredients] 40 grams fresh Ophiopogon juice, 50 grams fresh Rehmannia juice, 20 grams ginger, 100 grams glutinous rice.
[Preparation] Cook glutinous rice and ginger as usual. Add Ophiopogon and Rehmannia juices, mix well, briefly cook into thin porridge.
[Usage] Consume on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
[Action] Stabilizes fetus, descends rebellious qi, stops vomiting. Used for pregnancy nausea with inability to retain food.
