Rose Flower Soup
[Ingredients] 5 rose flowers, 10 grams yellow wine, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
[Preparation] Wash rose flowers, add 150 grams water, simmer gently to reduce to 100 grams, filter out residue, add rock sugar and yellow wine.
[Usage] Once daily, warm consumption.
[Action] Moves qi, activates blood circulation. Suitable for qi stagnation and blood stasis, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea.
[Comment] Rose flower activates blood, regulates menstruation, reduces swelling and relieves pain. Effective for dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, carbuncles and boils. However, it is warm in nature and breaks qi; not suitable for those with blood heat or qi deficiency.
