Ginseng and Mountain Yam Quail Soup
[Ingredients] 20g Codonopsis pilosula, 20g Chinese yam, 1 quail, and appropriate amount of refined salt.
[Preparation] Remove feathers and internal organs from quail, wash, cut into small pieces, place in a clay pot with Chinese yam, Codonopsis pilosula, salt, and sufficient water, then stew over low heat for 30 minutes until meat is tender.
[Usage] Take twice daily, eat meat and drink soup.
