Hawthorn Walnut Drink
[Ingredients] Walnut (Chinese walnut) 150 grams, hawthorn 50 grams, sucrose 200 grams.
[Preparation] Soak walnut kernels and hawthorn in sufficient water until softened, blend in a blender. Add water to make up 1 liter, filter out residue. Boil the filtered liquid, add sucrose for seasoning.
[Usage] Drink as tea substitute.
