Lotus Seed, Red Bean, and Poria Congee
[Ingredients] 30 grams of lotus seeds, 30 grams of red adzuki beans, 30 grams of poria, 20 grams of honey.
[Method] Soak lotus seeds, then peel and remove the core. Wash red adzuki beans, combine with lotus seeds in boiling water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until tender. Add powdered poria, stirring continuously to form a thick congee. Remove from heat, mix in honey while still warm, stir well to serve.
[Usage] Divide and consume in the morning and afternoon.
[Effect] Strengthens the spleen and removes dampness.
