Chrysanthemum Porridge

Composition: Chrysanthemum powder 15g, Rice 100g.
Preparation: Remove chrysanthemum stems, steam and dry (sun-dry or shade-dry), then grind into fine powder for storage. Wash rice clean, place in pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until porridge thickens, mix in chrysanthemum powder, cook slightly more.
Applicable as staple food for hypertensive patients, especially elderly ones, to consume regularly.
Usage & Dosage: Consume at breakfast and dinner.
