Clove Ginger Sugar
[Ingredients] Brown sugar 200 g, minced ginger 40 g, clove powder 5 g.
[Preparation] Place sugar in a pot, add a little water, simmer gently until thickened. Add ginger and clove powder, mix well. Continue simmering until the mixture forms threads when lifted with a spatula without sticking to hands. Remove from heat, pour onto a greased enamel tray, let cool slightly, then cut into strips or blocks.
[Usage] Regular consumption during winter months.
