Stewed Dog Meat
[Ingredients] 6 grams of processed Aconite slice, 100 grams of ginger, 150 grams of dog meat, and seasonings as needed.
[Preparation] Sauté dog meat pieces lightly in garlic and peanut oil until surface turns yellow. Add sufficient water, bring to boil over high heat, then add processed aconite slices and baked ginger slices. Reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender. Season to taste.
[Usage] Serve as a meal accompaniment.
