Goji Berry and Polygonatum Stewed White Pigeon
[Ingredients] 20g goji berries, 30g polygonatum, 1 white pigeon, appropriate salt, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate.
[Method] Slaughter live pigeon, pluck feathers, remove internal organs, wash clean. Place goji berries and polygonatum in a gauze bag, insert into pigeon’s cavity. Put in a clay pot, boil over high heat, skim off foam, reduce to low heat and stew for 1 hour. Add cooking wine, salt, and monosodium glutamate, then cook briefly before removing from heat.
