Dietary Therapy to Restore Passionate Sexual Well-being
Medically, female lack of sexual pleasure or indifference and aversion is termed "coldness of the vagina." Numerous causes exist: such as ovarian insufficiency, dysfunctions of adrenal cortex and pituitary gland secretion, but most cases stem from psychological factors like emotional suppression, fear, and sexual incompatibility.
Commonly, "vaginal coldness" is attributed to deficiency-cold in the lower burner and congealed cold.
Treatment primarily involves relieving tension and aversion toward sex. It requires close cooperation between partners, mutual understanding, and guidance from experienced doctors through psychological therapy and sexual counseling. Dietary therapy may be appropriately combined to achieve recovery. Women experiencing vaginal coldness may benefit from the following foods, which can effectively warm the body.
Recipe One: 250 grams of dog meat, 50 grams of black beans. Season with salt, ginger, five-spice powder, and a little sugar, then cook until done. Alternatively, cook dog meat with star anise, fennel, cinnamon, tangerine peel, cardamom, ginger, and salt.
Recipe Two: Three sparrows, remove feathers and internal organs. Mix with 15 grams of dodder seed and 15 grams of morinda root. Soak in one kilogram of rice wine or baijiu for 15 days, then drink. Or, chop 3–5 sparrows, remove feathers and organs, fry until cooked, mix with rice to make porridge, season with salt and scallions, and consume on an empty stomach.
Recipe Three: 15 grams of shrimp, three blocks of tofu. Add scallions, ginger, and salt, then stew until done. Alternatively, 50 grams of shrimp meat, soak in water until soft, heat oil in a wok, stir-fry with 250 grams of chopped leeks, add salt, and serve.

Soak in one kilogram of rice wine or baijiu for one month, then drink two spoonfuls twice daily.
