Chicken Blood Vine and Egg Soup for Anemia
Ingredients: 30 grams of chicken blood vine, 2 eggs.
Preparation: Combine chicken blood vine and eggs with two bowls of water, boil together. After egg is cooked, remove shell and simmer briefly. Reduce to one bowl, add a little white sugar for seasoning.
