Lily and Mung Bean Milk: Use 25 grams each of lily and mung beans, a small amount of rock sugar, cook until soft and mushy. When consuming, mix with an appropriate amount of milk. Effective for summer-night insomnia, providing cooling, relieving irritability, and calming the mind.
Longan Rock Sugar Tea: Use 25 grams of longan flesh, 10 grams of rock sugar. Wash longan flesh, pour boiling water over it as tea. Consume one dose daily, refill with hot water as needed, finish by eating the longans. This tea nourishes the heart and spleen, calms the spirit, and improves intelligence. Useful for preventing insomnia, palpitations, forgetfulness, and restlessness caused by excessive thinking and mental exhaustion.
