Three Autumn Soups
Black Sesame Pork Soup:
60g Black Sesame, 250g lean pork, 40g carrot. 5g salt,适量 green onion and ginger, 10g sesame oil.
Wash black sesame, cut lean pork into small pieces, wash and cut carrot into small pieces. Place all in a clay pot and simmer for 50 minutes. Add salt, green onion, ginger, and sesame oil—ready to serve.
Turtle Meat and Lily Bulb Soup:
150g turtle meat, 50g lily bulb, 50g carrot, 15g sesame oil, 5g refined salt, 5g minced ginger, a little green onion.
Wash turtle meat, cut into small pieces, place in clay pot. Wash and cut carrot into small pieces, add to pot with turtle meat and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add lily bulb and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Add sesame oil, salt, ginger, and green onion—ready to serve.
Sea Cucumber, Black Fungus, and Pork Soup:
100g sea cucumber, 100g black fungus, 50g white fungus, 40g red date, 100g lean pork, 15g sesame oil, 5g refined salt, 5g minced ginger.
Slice sea cucumber thinly, cut pork into small pieces. Wash and soak black and white fungi (after rehydration), wash red dates. Place all ingredients in a clay pot and simmer for 30–50 minutes. Add sesame oil, salt, and minced ginger, cook for another 5 minutes—ready to serve.
