How to Make Your Own Juice
1. Select Ingredients
Choose ingredients based on your juice recipe. Opt for mature, juicy fruits and vegetables. Whenever possible, select organic produce; if not organic, peel before use.
2. Peel and Cut Vegetables and Fruits
Generally, wash and cut vegetables into segments. Root vegetables like carrots and potatoes must be peeled. Citrus fruits, lemons, pineapples, kiwis, etc., should be peeled and chopped. Apples, plums, grapes need not be peeled before juicing.
3. Juice Separately
There are many types of juicers on the market. It’s best to use a juicer with both juicing and blending functions. First, juice each ingredient separately.
4. Blend Uniformly
Then blend all pure vegetable and fruit juices together in a blender until smooth. Ready to drink.
