Dietary Therapy for Acne Treatment
If you have acne, in addition to medication, dietary therapy can also be used. The following recipes are introduced for reference and trial use.
One: Peach Kernel Hawthorn Tea:
Peach kernel 9 grams, hawthorn 9 grams, fritillary bulb 9 grams, lotus leaf half a piece, green tea appropriate amount. Add the first four ingredients to 1000 ml of water, boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain out the residue, collect the juice, place in a thermos, and use to brew green tea. Consume all in one day; continuous use for thirty days shows effectiveness.
Two: Radish Celery Onion Juice:
One large red radish, celery 150 grams, one small onion. Peel off the root and green top of the large red radish, chop finely; remove celery leaves, cut into small segments; peel the old skin from the small onion, chop into small cubes. Combine all in a juicer and drink the juice. Once daily.
Three: Apple Carrot Cabbage Juice:
Apple 400 grams, carrot 400 grams, cabbage 200 grams, honey appropriate amount. Wash and chop the first three ingredients, place in a juicer to extract juice, add honey and drink. Take regularly.
Four: Celery Tomato Lemon Pear Juice:
Celery 100 grams, one small tomato, pear 150 grams, lemon one-fifth. Remove celery leaves, cut into small pieces; peel the tomato; peel and core the pear; combine with lemon and process in a juicer. Drink once daily.
Five: Bitter Melon Drink:
Half a bitter melon, wash and cut into small cubes, add appropriate amount of water, cook until soft like porridge, drink as tea (no seasoning allowed). One dose per day.
