He Shou Wu and Sesame Hair Growth Soup
Processed He Shou Wu 15g, Tu Si Zi 15g, 5 red dates (split open), 2 teaspoons black sesame powder, 1 teaspoon black bean powder. Combine all ingredients with 500–1000ml water and simmer into a soup. After boiling, add a little honey. Take once in the morning and once in the evening. One course lasts 12 days, take three courses consecutively. Effective for male hair loss due to excessive stress. He Shou Wu and Huang Qi Egg Stew
Processed He Shou Wu 60g, Huang Qi and Fu Ling each 20–30g, 2 eggs, a small amount of Shu Di Huang. Boil together with 500ml water. When eggs are cooked, remove shells and re-cook for about 5 minutes. Eat the egg and drink the soup twice daily. Nourishes liver and kidneys, suitable for premature graying and excessive hair loss due to blood and qi deficiency. Especially effective for those who "cannot tolerate tonics."
