Homemade Lipid-Lowering Soup
Take 150g walnut kernels, 50g dried hawthorn, and 20g sugar. Soak walnut kernels and dried hawthorn in water until softened. Blend into a paste using a blender, add 1000ml water, filter out residue. Boil the filtrate, add sugar to season. Drink this soup instead of tea regularly to lower blood lipids, reduce blood pressure, and lubricate the intestines for easier bowel movements.
