Male Yang-Strengthening Power Soup

"Men are tired, men are stressed." Indeed, men face immense pressure. Career struggles, business competition, life burdens, and varying physiological states all bring great mental stress and physical exhaustion, so men need more nourishment. However, food supplementation is better than medicinal supplements, and soups are ideal for men. Men can choose different soups based on their physical condition. Note: To improve constitution and health, soup supplementation requires long-term consistency—continue for a period until symptoms improve, then switch to other targeted soups.
