【Formula Name】Modified Si Ling San combined with Wu Pi Yin.
【Composition】Poria 12g, poria cocos 10g, alisma 10g, white atractylodes 12g, tangerine peel 10g, great belly peel 12g, plantain seed 12g (wrapped), motherwort 10g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, three times daily.
【Source】Sun Zhongxiang's formula.

【Diagnosis】Wind pathogen invading lung, triple burner qi stagnation, lung losing its ability to clear and disperse, fluid accumulation, internal heat obstruction.
【Treatment】Dispel lung wind, promote diuresis, clear heat and regulate qi.
【Formula Name】Modified Zhi Shen Wan Decoction.
【Composition】Siler 12g, ephedra 6g, bitter apricot kernel 12g, licorice 3g, gypsum 30g (pre-decocted), anemarrhena 30g, phellodendron 9g, eleutherococcus 10g, honeysuckle 12g, fresh white rush root 35g, plantain seed 9g, cinnamon 3g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.
