Cistanche Lamb Porridge
[Ingredients] 30 grams of cistanche, 150–200 grams of lamb, appropriate amount of rice, a little salt, and monosodium glutamate.
[Usage] Cut lamb into slices, wash, boil until tender, then add rice and cistanche to cook into porridge. Season with salt and monosodium glutamate before serving.
[Function] Warms the interior, enhances yang, tonifies the kidneys, and enriches essence. Suitable for cold pain in waist and knees, impotence, premature ejaculation, and kidney deficiency with dull complexion.
Dragon Horse Young Chicken
[Ingredients] 15 grams of dried shrimp, 10 grams of sea horse, one young rooster, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, salt, ginger, scallions, cornstarch, and clear broth.
[Usage] Slaughter the young chicken, remove feathers and internal organs, wash, and place in a large bowl. Clean the sea horse and dried shrimp with warm water, soak for 10 minutes, then place on top of the chicken. Add scallion segments, ginger pieces, and sufficient clear broth, steam until tender. Remove scallion and ginger, add monosodium glutamate and salt. Use cornstarch to thicken the sauce, pour over the chicken. Consume by eating the sea horse, dried shrimp, and chicken.
