5-Minute Facial Massage Beauty Method
Stressful, busy lifestyles often lead urban women to focus on makeup while neglecting skin care. Many believe facial massage and care are time-consuming and troublesome, so they abandon this essential step. Actually, with proper technique, you can achieve facial maintenance in just a few minutes. Here’s a “Five-Minute Facial Massage Beauty Method.”
1. Eliminate Under-Eye Wrinkles (1 minute)
Apply skincare cream to the eye area. Place your index fingers on both sides of the eyes, middle fingers below the brow ends. Gently pull the skin and muscles toward the temples until the eyes feel taut. Blink 6 times, then rest. Repeat 6 times.
2. Eliminate Corner-of-Eye Wrinkles (1 minute)
Place your index or middle finger on both sides of the eyes. Gently close your eyes, then use your middle or ring finger to gently push the eyelids down. As the eyelids droop, slowly pull the fingers outward toward the ears. Count from 1 to 5, then release and rest. Repeat 6 times.
3. Eliminate Forehead Wrinkles (1 minute)
Clasp your hands together, thumbs facing your face and resting on the forehead center. Move your hands up and down, using the thumb-to-wrist muscles to massage the forehead. Repeat the same motion from one side of the forehead (starting at the temple) to the other, slowly back and forth 3 times. Rest. Repeat 2 times. Remember to apply skincare cream on the forehead.
4. Beautify the Chin (1 minute)
Apply skincare cream to the chin. Use your right middle finger to massage the lower part of the left side of the mouth, moving back and forth 10 times. Then switch direction and use your left middle finger to massage the right half of the chin. You can also use your fingers to push the chin upward as much as possible, pressing the lower lip tightly against the upper lip. Count from 1 to 15, then relax.
5. Beautify Cheek Muscles (1 minute)
Apply skincare cream first. Place your index or middle finger at the corner of the mouth, then gently push toward the nose, then forcefully pull the finger across the cheek toward the ears.
