Simple and Effective Remedies to Reduce Age Spots Right at Home

Flaxseed oil helps reduce arterial plaque buildup caused by metabolic processes, which contributes to age spots. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, flaxseed oil is easily broken down, utilized, and excreted in the body, promoting cholesterol metabolism and removing arterial deposits, thereby eliminating age spots.
Eggplant contains abundant vitamins A, B1, C, D, protein, and calcium, making blood vessels more flexible. It also helps disperse blood stasis. Regular consumption lowers the risk of vascular blockage and reduces lipofuscin deposition, leading to a noticeable reduction in age spots.
Ginger: Contains various active ingredients, including gingerol, which strongly counteracts lipofuscin. Wash and slice or shred ginger, steep in boiling water for 10 minutes, then mix with one tablespoon of honey. Drink this mixture daily to visibly lighten age spots.
