Selected Exercises for Effective Breast Enlargement
1. Chest Expansion Exercise
Perform stretching and chest-expanding movements to strengthen chest muscles and prevent sagging breasts.
2. Arm Spread Exercise
Lean forward, keep body straight, clench fists, bring arms to chest level, spread legs shoulder-width apart, then extend arms sideways simultaneously, contracting muscles.
3. Back Massage Exercise
Reach one hand as far back as possible, hold for about 10 seconds, then alternate sides. Repeat for 5–10 minutes.
4. Chest Throat Exercise

5. Palms Together at Chest
Bring palms together in front of chest, focus force on hands, then press firmly. Perform 5–8 times daily.
6. Crossed Arm Stretch
Grab right arm with left hand, stretch outward forcefully, hold for several seconds, then relax. Repeat for 5–6 minutes.
7. Breathing Movement
Sit on the ground with knees slightly bent and pressed together. Press hands on inner sides of knees, inhale deeply, then exhale while pulling knees outward for 5–10 seconds.
