【Composition】Herba Lysimachiae 30g, Lygodium japonicum 18g, White Peony Root 10g, Rehmannia glutinosa (raw) 12g, Chicken Gizzard Membrane 6g, Amber Powder 3g (mixed), Magnolia Bark 4.5g (added later), Small Licorice 4.5g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

【Diagnosis】Damp-heat stagnation in bladder, blood stasis in lower jiao.
【Treatment Principle】Activate blood circulation and relieve dysuria.
【Formula Name】Tong Pao Tang.
【Composition】Cleavers 15g, Herba Polygoni Avicularis 6g, Houttuynia Cordata 15g, Safflower 15g, Knotweed 6g, Alisma 10g, Eupatorium fortunei 10g, Platycodon 4g, Green Tangerine Peel 10g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

【Composition】Herba Lysimachiae 20g, Stonebreaker 20g, Coix Seed 10g, Silkworm Feces 10g (wrapped), Curcuma 10g, Citrus Aurantium 10g, Plantago Seed 10g (wrapped), Rehmannia glutinosa (raw) 10g, Herba Polygoni Avicularis 10g, Talc 10g, Chicken Gizzard Membrane 5g, Rhubarb (wine processed) 3g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

【Composition】Herba Polygoni Avicularis 9g, Knotweed 9g, Angelica sinensis 9g, Plantago Seed 9g, Alisma 9g, Smilax glabra 30g, Herba Lysimachiae 30g, Rehmannia glutinosa (raw) 30g, Imperata cylindrica 30g, Cumin 3g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.
