3. 3 grams oolong tea, 18 grams Sophora japonica fruit, 30 grams Polygonum multiflorum, 18 grams winter melon peel, 15 grams hawthorn flesh. Boil all ingredients, remove residue, then brew with oolong tea for drinking (Note: This formula clears heat, resolves stasis, and promotes circulation. It enhances vascular elasticity, lowers blood cholesterol, and prevents arteriosclerosis).
4. 3 grams green tea, 30 grams cream. Boil with hot water, let tea sink, then add cream, stir, and gently heat (without boiling) before drinking (Note: This formula energizes and nourishes. Regular consumption by the elderly enhances vitality).

Grind all into fine powder, mix thoroughly. Add wheat flour and roasted yellow flour in equal parts, mix well. Optionally add walnuts, southern dates, pine nuts, and sugar. Store in a porcelain jar. Take 3 scoops daily, dissolve in boiling water as tea.
