Regular Consumption of Medicinal Porridge:
① Carrot Porridge: Finely chop 120g fresh carrots, combine with 100g rice, and cook into porridge for consumption.
② Celery Porridge: Chop 90g celery including roots, mix with 100g rice, and cook into porridge.
③ Garlic Porridge: Boil 30g garlic in boiling water for 1 minute, remove, then use the water to cook 100g rice into thin porridge. Re-add the garlic and cook briefly before eating.
④ Lotus Leaf Porridge: Use one fresh lotus leaf to make decoction as water, combine with 100g rice to cook porridge regularly.
⑤ Kudzu Root Powder Porridge: Mix 30g kudzu root powder with 100g rice to cook into porridge, suitable as breakfast.

Regular consumption of herbal dishes can also effectively prevent and treat hypertension.
① Steamed Sea Cucumber: Soak 30g dried sea cucumber, add appropriate water, stew gently until soft, then add ice sugar to dissolve before eating.
② Steamed Black/White Fungus: Soak 10g black or white fungus, clean thoroughly, add appropriate water, stew gently until soft, then add ice sugar and consume nightly.
③ Vinegar-Marinated Peanuts: Select 250g peanuts with red skins, add appropriate rice vinegar, soak for 5–7 days. Consume 3 times daily, 10–20 peanuts each time.
