– 30 grams of red jujubes and 15 grams of lychees, washed and placed together in a pot. Add appropriate water and simmer gently until jujubes are soft and cooked. Consume lychees, jujubes, and broth on an empty stomach, once daily. This formula nourishes the heart and spleen, enriches blood, and calms the spirit—suitable for those with qi and blood deficiency, fatigue, sallow complexion, poor appetite, dizziness, and forgetfulness.
– 120 grams of fresh celery stalks and 30 grams of jujubes, washed and boiled for half an hour. Eat the jujubes and celery stalks, drink the broth, divided into two doses daily. This formula clears heat, calms the liver, strengthens the spleen, and nourishes the heart—ideal for hypertension, coronary artery sclerosis, chronic hepatitis, and heart-spleen deficiency.
