Perilla and Apricot Kernel Porridge: 10 grams perilla leaf, 10 grams apricot kernel, 5 slices ginger, 5 jujubes, 30 grams glutinous rice. Boil apricot kernel and glutinous rice into porridge until nearly done, then add perilla leaf, ginger, and jujubes to cook thoroughly. Warmly consume. Lotus Root and Apricot Kernel Porridge: 50 grams fresh lotus root, 50 grams glutinous rice, 10 grams apricot kernel. First boil glutinous rice until boiling, then add lotus root and apricot kernel, cook until porridge is ready. Add a little sugar, take once in the morning and once in the evening.
