Ingredients:
250 grams lamb, 18 grams Angelica sinensis (Dang Gui), 15 grams ginger, a small amount of salt for seasoning.
Preparation:
1. Wash the lamb, place it in a pot with water. Boil over high heat first, then reduce to low heat and simmer slowly for 2 hours until the lamb is tender. Add salt for seasoning.
2. Remove the lamb, then add Angelica sinensis and ginger into the broth and simmer for another hour before turning off the heat.
Usage:
Consume after menstruation, eat the meat and drink the soup, once daily for five consecutive days.
