Carp and Tofu Soup
Ingredients: 1 carp (about 250g), 400g tofu
Method: 1. Cut tofu into 5cm-thick slices, blanch in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside;
2. Clean carp, remove scales and internal organs, rub with wine and salt, marinate for 10 minutes;
3. Heat oil in a pot, fry ginger slices until fragrant, then sear both sides of the carp until golden brown. Add sufficient water, simmer gently for 30 minutes, add tofu slices, season, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Chicken and Mushroom Soup

Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots with Braised Beef Tail
Ingredients: 400g cooked beef tail, 50g bamboo shoots
Method: Blanch beef tail and bamboo shoots in boiling water, then drain. Add seasonings and stir-fry beef tail and bamboo shoots briefly.
Benefits: Rich in protein, boosts immunity.
