[Ingredients] 250g glutinous rice, 50g raw coix seed, 50g shiitake mushrooms, 3 tofu puffs, half bowl of green peas, oil and salt as needed.
[Preparation] Wash and soak the raw coix seeds until softened; rehydrate shiitake mushrooms with warm water, reserve the soaking liquid after filtering and settling. Chop shiitake mushrooms and tofu puffs into small pieces. Mix glutinous rice, coix seeds, shiitake mushrooms, tofu puffs, and mushroom soaking liquid in a bowl, add oil and salt for seasoning, sprinkle in green peas, steam until cooked.
[Usage] Serve as staple food at three meals daily for 15 consecutive days.
