Uterus Health Enhancement Method
Seat upright straight, take one natural breath;
Inhale through the nose, cross hands and pull knees forcefully; hold breath, release hands from knees, place left palm over right hand, lightly tap abdomen—left and right sides each twice—then exhale through mouth; this completes one cycle. Repeat about five times;
Note: Exhale quickly through the mouth if discomfort arises during breath-holding.
If started at age 35, menopause will pass smoothly and safely, and facial youthfulness will be preserved.
Enhancement of Sexual Function Massage Method
Spread legs, sit straight, eyes slightly closed;
Place right palm over left back, use left palm to massage right inner thigh for 3 minutes—from knee to groin;
Place left palm over right back, use right palm to massage left inner thigh for 3 minutes—from knee to groin;
Perform once each in morning, afternoon, and evening, or five times daily.
Exercise for Health Preservation Method
Stand upright, maintain proper posture, feet slightly wider than shoulders;
Use little finger and ring finger pads of left hand to press on the groin, tremble muscles by rubbing up and down for 1 minute;
Repeat with right hand, alternating hands for 10 minutes;
If muscles are lax after defecation, continue practicing until firm.
Recommended: Perform three times daily.
Waist Health Method
Roll up pants, immerse feet in hot water up to the knees, soak for about 15 minutes. Add hot water as needed to maintain temperature, until water is tolerable.
After 15 minutes, dry feet thoroughly with a towel, cover with a blanket, rest until sweating occurs. Then wipe off sweat and change clothes.
Vaginal Youthfulness Preservation Method
Extend legs straight, sit upright, exhale through mouth; slowly extend arms forward;
Inhale through nose, gently clasp thumb with four fingers, draw arms back and place on waist, contract anus, relax before breath becomes uncomfortable, then slowly exhale and extend arms.
Repeat three times.
