Popular Anti-Aging and Longevity Remedies in Folk Medicine

Since ancient times, people have desired health and long life, even resorting to mystical rituals, but these efforts have proven futile. From the perspective of modern science and human material and cultural living standards, it is possible to extend human lifespan universally, with the key lying in anti-aging. As Dr. Gerald J. Weiss, Director of the National Institute on Aging, stated: "Our greatest efforts so far have been aimed at better understanding the aging process—this endeavor will inevitably lead to new technologies capable of significantly extending average human lifespan."
Currently, through research, compilation, and enhancement of traditional medicine, numerous folk remedies and proven formulas for anti-aging and longevity have been discovered. The following are the main ones.
