[Dosage and Administration] Oral. About 10 ml each time, three times daily.
[Preparation Method] Boil raw aconite with more than ten times its weight of water until boiling, continue for 3–4 hours. Then cut large pieces open with a knife, ensuring no white core remains and no numbing taste when tasted—this indicates proper processing. Remove the decoction water.

Notes: Raw aconite contains aconitine alkaloids, especially the diester-type alkaloids which have high toxicity. These alkaloids easily hydrolyze upon heating and boiling, transforming into monoester-type and amine-alcohol-type alkaloids, thereby significantly reducing toxicity.
